The Samsung Galaxy S20 series is Samsung’s upcoming mainstream flagship series, and everyone is looking forward to Android’s top OEM game changer. Many were surprised when Samsung decided to change its naming scheme and drop the Galaxy S11 moniker in favour of Galaxy S20.
Two separate Twitter sources by leaksters, @IceUniverse and @MMDJ, both tweeted that the purported device’s name is Galaxy S20. This wouldn’t be out of the ordinary as Huawei did the same thing last year with Huawei P20 – which was expected to be P11 instead.

Over the years, Samsung has built out a software suite on top of Android that brings a lot to the table beyond Google’s own offerings. Now, we’re learning that the Galaxy S20 will apparently see the arrival of Samsung “Quick Share,” a clone of Apple’s AirDrop.

I just finished writing up a re-review of the Galaxy S10+ after one year, and one of the biggest things that struck me is that the camera is a true weak point of that phone. Everything else in the hardware, specs, display, features and even software feel modern and good — the camera is, frankly, a disappointment by the latest standards. In a world where the Pixel 4 exists, the bar is so high for phone cameras, and Samsung just wasn’t advanced enough when the S10 series came out to really hang with the pack as other 2019 phones launched.
